• Home energy survey including an up-to-date EPC and home report, pointing out any particular issues.

• 20 year step-by-step plan including cost break-down, financing options and payback estimates. Plan provides the best order for improvements, points out the benefits and impacts of each measure and advises which measures should not be made alone or taken out of order. 

• Plan is lodged on line and will be associated with the property, so can be easily transferred to a new owner.

STEP 2

• project management, including assistance finding vetted suppliers, any revisions to the plan to suit the work order, on-site inspections and post-improvement monitoring and evaluation to ensure the benefits are actually delivered.

• architectural design services (we have a fully qualified architect on board but can also advise on engaging another team for design solutions).

STEP 3

• stay on our client list and receive up-to-date information when new sources of funding become available. We are fully accredited for all main government grant programmes.
